Victoria Chumenko has been engaged professionally with a number of security and political stakeholders while working at the German Marshall Fund of the U.S., the Parliament of Canada, the Kremlin Watch Program, and now at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Throughout these career paths, she has enhanced her security portfolio with projects pertaining to Transatlantic security, geopolitical dimensions of cybersecurity, disinformation, emerging digital trends and their impact on democracy, and the comprehensive security agenda of the OSCE region.
She graduated from the University of Glasgow and holds an MA in Security, Intelligence, and Strategic Studies. Victoria was born and raised in Donetsk, Ukraine and nowadays she is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
