Riham Mansour is a Business Manager at UK Export Finance (UKEF), the UK’s export credit agency, where she leads on underwriting infrastructure and construction transactions, engaging key sovereign clients. She has recently completed her secondment as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Infrastructure Bank Unit at HM Treasury, the team tasked to establish the UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB).
Prior to her time at UKEF, Riham has worked in numerous roles related to international trade and finance, including consultancy as well as diplomatic positions.
Riham’s qualifications are in international trade and development finance. Riham holds a MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BA from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where she won numerous awards for her academic performance.
