Oleksandr is a Ukrainian political analyst in the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, a think tank based in Kyiv, where he coordinates the Spain and Latina America Cooperation Programme. Within the center Oleksandr actively cooperates with Spanish-speaking media outlets, centers of political analysis, and decision-makers from South America and Spain. Currently, Oleksandr is doing his PhD in Political Science in Autonomous University of Barcelona.
International security, media propaganda, and intercultural communication are among his main fields of interest.
Oleksandr has gained a valuable experience in international development projects during his previous position at the Ukrainian Institute for International Politics.
Oleksandr graduated from the Masaryk University in the Czech Republic with a MA Degree in Political Science and from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a BA Degree in International Relations. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
