Noah Mayhew is a Senior Research Associate and the VCDNP’s Programmes and Outreach Manager. His research agenda is focused on international nuclear policy negotiations, nuclear safeguards and broader issues of nuclear verification, the non-proliferation implications of advanced civil nuclear technologies, nuclear arms control, and US-Russian relations. As Programmes and Outreach Manager, he assists with strategic planning and implementation of the Center’s research, dialogue and capacity-building agenda as well as engagement with international partners. Mr Mayhew also leads the VCDNP’s capacity-building activities, including the Center’s biannual short courses on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament as well as ad hoc courses and programmes.
