Matthew Jabłoński currently works within the Defence and Security Committee and the Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Previously, he served in the Humanitarian Diplomacy Division at the International Committee of the Red Cross covering Eurasia, as well as the Arms-Control, Disarmament, and Non-Proliferation Section of the EU Delegation to the United Nations in Geneva. Prior to those roles, he worked at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in Paris. Matthew holds an MA from Sciences Po Paris and his areas of expertise include Russian foreign policy, transatlantic relations, and the politics of Central and Eastern Europe.
