Lili Vessereau is a University Consortium Fellow, an Atlantic Council Bretton Woods 2.0 Fellow, a Fresh Look at Eastern European Trends of the Friedrich-Erbert Stiftung Fellow, a Fellow of the OSCE 2030 Perspective Academy, a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum and the former Youth Delegate of France to the Council of Europe. Currently a Master’s student, Teaching Fellow and Research Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School, after working at the French Ministry of Finances and having graduated from Sciences Po, HEC Paris and La Sorbonne. She previously held various positions in the Office of the United Nations Envoy on Youth, at UNESCO, within the International Affairs Bureau of the French Ministry of Solidarities, and at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC.
