Lena Zakaryan is a policy and strategy advisor with 10 years of experience, a certified policymaker in both public and private sectors, possessing expertise in ESG mainstreaming, corporate governance, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), communications, and beyond, including reputation management, opinion and behavioral data, as well as foreign policy analysis and regional security complexes (RSC). She is experienced in both multilayered corporate structures and as a management consultant to business and political leaders, including but not limited to presidents, prime ministers, ministers of defense, chairpersons, and CEOs.

Her business portfolio consists of the strategy, development, and execution of programs and projects in business strategy, sustainability and ESG strategy, compliance and stakeholder transparency, crisis communications, election campaigns, and successful lobbying for policy change and public reform strategy. She is crafting life-changing projects, which is certainly something to be most proud of. She is currently curating ESG and sustainability at one of the leading Armenian banks, Converse Bank.

Ms. Zakaryan is a member of various professional networks, including the Rumsfeld/CAMCA Fellow, alumna of the Leadership Academy for Development powered by Stanford University, “Katarine” women leadership network, and the National Democratic Institute (NDI). She is also an alumna of the U.S. Department of State through the Institute for Educational Advancement (IEA) network.
