Senior Analyst with extensive experience in leading and developing Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) projects. Currently, she spearheads initiatives at Fenix Insight Ltd. that focus on monitoring and contextualizing the use of CBRN weapons worldwide, leveraging advanced OSINT techniques and cutting-edge technologies.

Simultaneously, she is an external consultant for Brasidas Group, where she leads and executes projects on monitoring terrorist organizations, far-right parties, and radical right movements. Ksenija’s strong academic background includes the prestigious Chevening Scholarship for her graduate studies at King’s College London and the Turkish Government Scholarship for her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University. In 23/24 she completed a mentorship program under the Young Women in Non-Proliferation and Disarmament initiative by VCDNP & IAI. She has been awarded a Visiting Fellowship for the upcoming fall semester at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.

In her early career, she served as a Research Assistant at King’s College London, conducting OSINT research and developing multimedia reports on non-proliferation and security legislation.
