Kseniia Yehorova

Policy Fellow

Kseniia Yehorova is a Policy Fellow at the European Leadership Network, where she works on nuclear deterrence. Her research focuses on escalation dynamics and nuclear risk, with particular attention to Russia.

She is also a PhD Researcher at Loughborough University London, examining the evolution of Russian foreign and security policy since 2022. Before joining the ELN, she was part of the university’s Policy Unit, helping bridge academic research and policy practice through engagement with national and international stakeholders.

Kseniia holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Governance from Loughborough University London and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. She is a native speaker of Russian and Ukrainian, and is based in London.
