Harald Mueller is the Executive Director and Head of the Research Department for Policies for Security Governance of States at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt.
A consultant on arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, and NATO, he has previously served as Chairman of the UN’s Advisory Board on Disarmament and is the current Vice President of the EU Consortium for Non-Proliferation.
