Ms. Françeska Muço is an experienced democratization expert with a track record in end-to-end involvement in projects in human capital, good governance, youth, regional cooperation, security, and the Western Balkans – EU enlargement. She completed her undergraduate degree in “Administration and Social Policies” at the Social Science Faculty of Tirana University and holds an MSc in “Communication Science” with a profile in project management and evaluation from the European University of Tirana. She was awarded a Chevening scholarship provided by FCDO and completed a master’s in “Government, Policies, and Politics” at Birkbeck University of London.
Her activities include leading and facilitating collaborative initiatives aimed at promoting democratic values and social impact across the Western Balkans region. Additionally, she engages in and contributes to various policy and decision-making processes, designing youth initiatives, participatory mechanisms for citizens, action plans, and law proposals. This enables her to serve as a youth representative on several advisory boards at both local and national levels. Her professional experience is primarily related to fundraising, program development and stakeholders’ engagement. From 2018 to 2020, she served as the youth representative on the “UN Women Albania Civil Society Advisory Group.” From 2020 to 2022, she was a member of the UN Youth Advisory Board, and from 2020 to 2023, she represented Albanian youth on the Governing Board of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO).
Currently, she holds the position of Executive Director of the Albanian Young Professionals Network of Albania and is a member of the Global Diplomacy Lab.
