Elzbieta Titis is an Assistant Professor in Human Factors in Cyber Security at the University of Warwick, where she also earned her PhD in Computer Science several years earlier. Her academic foundation includes degrees in Sociology and Management, informing her work on behaviour change and public engagement in socio-technical contexts. Elzbieta’s expertise sits at the intersection of human factors, AI, cyber security, decision-making, and emerging technology risk. She aligns her teaching and research with the policing and intelligence domains, and has successfully applied behavioural science to design and evaluate cyber security solutions with a range of stakeholders, including her home University, law enforcement, and non-academic organisations.
