Dmitry Androsov is a Member of the Federal Political Council of the People’s Freedom Party (PARNAS). He was involved in several election campaigns for democratic opposition in Russia. In 2016 he became a party candidate for the State Duma elections. In 2017 he coordinated the Moscow local election campaign for PARNAS. Until 2018, he was a permanent observer of Russian elections at regional and national levels. He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and from Andrássy Universität Budapest, where he gained a Master degree in International Relations. He taught German language at MSU, worked as an intern at the German Bundestag in Berlin and at the OSCE in Prague. He is the 2017 Munich Young Leader of the Munich Security Conference and the Körber Foundation.
