David Joël La Boon, retired U.S. Navy, is currently a Korean Government Research Fellow at Seoul National University and a Nuclear Nonproliferation Education Research Fellow at KAIST focusing on maritime, nuclear, and cyber security issues. He has contributed various articles and policy papers on the above, while his current focus is on transcending the logics of mutually assured destruction.
