Artur Honich is an Analyst at RAND Europe’s Defence & Security Research Group. His research experience spans a range of transatlantic issues, including defence policy, U.S.-Russian relations, U.S. and NATO deterrence strategies, defence innovation and the nexus of technology and security. At RAND Europe, he coordinates the Defence Strategy, Policy and Capabilities workstream and has worked on research projects related to great power competition, defence concept development and technological advantage. He also has experience in designing and delivering analytical and educational wargames as well as working with strategic foresight techniques. Prior to joining RAND, Honich completed an internship at NATO Headquarters and worked as a research assistant for a senior lecturer at King’s College London. Honich earned an M.A. in Science and International Security with a distinction from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, and he also holds a Master’s in International Security from Sciences Po Paris.
