Anton Boltachka is a Scientific Assistant in the research team of Prof. Elliott Ash. As a Fulbright Grantee, Anton completed an M.A. program in Applied Economics at the American University in Washington, DC. After the completion of the program, he worked at the World Bank as a short-term consultant. Previously he also held a position of a Leading Specialist in the Research Department of the National Bank of Belarus, as well as various positions at think tanks and research centers.
