Amaury is an Analyst at the European External Action Service (EEAS), specializing in CBRN proliferation, space security, and hybrid threats. Before joining the EU, he served as an Associate Safeguards Analyst at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) until Summer 2022, and as an Assistant Criminal Intelligence Analyst at INTERPOL until late 2018.

Amaury holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in 2015. During his studies, he worked for the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) and completed an internship at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
