Alexander is a researcher focusing on arms control and multilateral diplomacy. He specialises in diplomatic efforts to regulate autonomous weapons systems and non-proliferation aspects of naval nuclear propulsion. Alexander has previously completed internships at the Dutch Foreign Ministry’s Security Policy Department, the Delegation of the European Union to the UN and other international organisations in Geneva, and the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation. He holds a master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po.
