Julia Berghofer and Katarzyna Kubiak on Germany and the INF Treaty crisis

ELN Policy Fellows Julia Berghofer and Dr Katarzyna Kubiak write on the German position on the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty in a publication by the Odessa Center for Nonproliferation on “Responses to the INF Treaty Crisis: The European Dimension.”

The paper discusses the German position on the INF Treaty, post-INF strategies in Europe and their implications for wider security, and transatlantic ties. In particular, it analyses the governmental and parliamentary perspectives and narratives.
